We’re delighted to announce that we’ll be showcasing WaveGrip’s cardboard can carrier solutions at this year’s Craft Brewers Conference on the 7th-10th May at the Music City Centre, Nashville, at the Millcraft Beverage Solutions booth with our established packaging distributor, Millcraft.

The conference is a popular annual event where thousands of brewing industry professionals and enthusiasts can get together, network and share insights into the latest products and services that the brewing industry has to offer.

Wave Grip.CBC blog imageAs part of its large, double-sized exhibit at the annual conference (Booth #3158), Millcraft will not only be showcasing WaveGrip’s handy curb-side recyclable cardboard carriers – weighing in at less than 7 grams per 6-pack – but also our scalable applicator, The Beast, alongside many of their most popular products and services.

Both new and existing customers will be able to see WaveGrip’s manual application device in action at this year’s Craft Brewers Conference. Designed for easy integration and with the ability to package 24-pack trays of cans at a time (with carriers supplied as 24-pack of pre-perforated sheets that break into 4 or 6-pack formats upon application), the Beast is a popular choice for those looking for a low cost, maximum output application solution.

Perfect for small spaces or mobile set-ups, The Beast is also compatible with all standard 202/211 beverage cans and can create complete packs at an impressive rate of up to 100-300 cans per minute.

WaveGrip’s cardboard carriers, which will also be displayed at the booth, offer a sustainable, lightweight and robust can carrying solution with high-quality printability.

With the ability to print in up to ten colours on its fully coated topside, our paperboard option boasts an opportunity for stylised branding or promotions to be showcased on each carrier. The minimal weight of these carriers also minimises cost and delivery space when compared to over-sized cardboard boxes.

Greg Lovensheimer, Millcraft’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are pleased to be showcasing WaveGrip’s cardboard can carriers and The Beast applicator at the Millcraft Beverage Solutions booth at this years’ Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville.

“In today’s sustainability-focused marketplace, we know our brewers would like to be as sustainable as possible, and WaveGrip offers an innovative and affordable solution to this aspect of their business.”

“The Beast is a sizeable, functional applicator that can work well for those looking for a straight-forward, adaptable and easy to integrate manual applicator.”
